I have a 98 red GTP and I love it. It doesn't have a ton done to it yet but I'm working on that. As of right now, February 2, 2009 it has 94000 miles
on it and the following things. 18 inch Boss 304 hyperblack rims wrapped in Dunlop Sportline 245/45/18s , I think these things look pretty sick. Ram air
intake. Tinted windows, 30% in front 2 windows, 20% in back 3. Eclipse 3200 BT deck along with JBL GTO 6x9's, they sound pretty damn good for 6x9's. I
also put in chrome front grills that look great, they made a lot bigger look change than i expected. I have the upper and lower grills.
I'm looking to get quite a bit done to it obviously, I really don't have that much done right now. The things I'm looking into getting right now in
order are; a new pair of headlights, mine are fogged to the MAX and can barely see on an unlit road. I drive with my fogs on with my headlights because my
headlights are so dull. I've already replaced the bulbs with Sylvania Ultra Bright 4100's hoping that would fix the dullness but not much change. Does
anyone else have the moisture in their headlights problem, if so let me know and/or if you got it fixed and what you did. Also some tail light tint (blackout)
with the headlights. Next I'm looking at getting the ZZP stage 2 performance package which has a Wizaired cold air intake with 4 inch K&N filter, ZZP
tuned PCM, 3.4 inch modular pulley system with smaller belt, ZZP 3 inch downpipe with cat, and a 180 degree T stat. Then hopefully a sub or 2 with an amp and
capacitor. I'm thinking about slim or skinny subs, does anyone know how they sould compaired to regular subs? Not sure what kind of amp or cap yet. The
last thing I'm thinking about are SLP headers or maybe just ZZP headers because I will already have the DP and cat. As far as I know the DP comes on the
SLP headers, please correct me if I'm wrong.
I was looking under my hood the other day and noticed my serpentine belt seems really loose. I can wiggle it quite a bit, at least 3 inches, and can take it
off the tensioner pulley very easily without moving the pulley. The tensioner pulley is tight, when I put a ratchet on it, it moves down to loosen the belt
like it should. If anyone has any advice or anything to say about this please let me know.
I just found out I've been missing my idle pulley ever since I've had my car (5 months)!!! I'm not sure how my car has even worked this long
without it. This is why my belt was so loose.
